Orders are shipped from Spain via Correos.

We only offer standard services on the website: standard domestic shipping and standard international shipping. Premium or express services are not offered during checkout.

Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and handed over to the carrier on business days.

Shipping availability for each destination is shown during checkout. CLIPIN may reject or cancel orders if the destination is not supported or if logistical restrictions apply.

Delivery times

Delivery times shown on the website, during checkout, or in customer communications are estimates and do not amount to a guaranteed delivery date.

For standard domestic shipments, Correos indicates an estimated delivery window of 48 to 72 hours within Spain, depending on origin, destination, and the time of admission.

Shipments to or from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, or international destinations may require additional time. Customs clearance, local controls, operational incidents, or peak-demand periods may cause delays beyond CLIPIN's control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is shown before payment is completed.

Promotions or free-shipping thresholds, when active, are communicated on the website or during checkout and may change without prior notice.

Delivery and incidents

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address as well as a working contact method.

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, address errors, access issues, or any other reason beyond CLIPIN's control, the carrier's rules regarding redelivery, holding at an office, or returning the shipment will apply.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery and attaching photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents so the carrier incident can be handled more efficiently.

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer or the person designated by the customer when the order is delivered.
  • For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or destination handling fees are borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
