This policy applies to purchases made by consumers through CLIPIN's official online store.
Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
To exercise that right, you only need to send us a clear notice within that period. After doing so, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and in any event within the following 14 calendar days.
Acceptance conditions
Due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns of unopened, sealed items in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
CLIPIN is sold as a pack of 12 gels. Each 12-pack is treated as a separate sales unit for withdrawal and return purposes.
If an order includes multiple units of the product, this rule applies per unit: each returned pack must be complete, include all gels, remain unopened, keep its seal intact, and be returned in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed packs, or of products that have been consumed, altered, or damaged beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and condition, except where the issue is attributable to CLIPIN or there is a lack of conformity.
- The return address is provided once the request has been received.
- The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless mandatory law states otherwise or the issue is attributable to CLIPIN.
Refunds
If the return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid for the products and, where applicable, the standard outbound delivery cost originally charged.
Additional costs arising from delivery methods other than standard delivery are not refundable if they were chosen by the customer.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide sufficient proof of shipment, whichever happens first.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or with an apparent defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
For visible transport incidents, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we can handle the carrier claim more effectively. This recommendation does not limit any rights arising from lack of conformity.
Where appropriate, CLIPIN will provide the solution required by applicable law, including replacement, refund, or any other legally required remedy.
